The two most frequent reasons to do the Intestinal Cleanse Program are:

Probiotic Supplement
Upon rising in the morning, drink one to four pints of water if you weigh
100 to 250 lbs. (100 lbs. = 1 pint; 150 lbs = 2 pints; 200 lbs. = 3 pints;
250 lbs. = 4 pints; etc.). At the same time take 3 capsules of iFlora .
2. Cleanse your colon and whole intestinal tract - get things moving! - Intestinal
Cleanse #1
When first starting the intestinal cleanse program you determine whether
you have an irritated bowel (go too often) or don't go often enough (less
than two or three times per day, average). If you eat 2 or 3 meals each
day and go less often then two or three times a day, then start off by
determining how many Intestinal
Cleanse #1 you will need to take each day in order to regularly go
as often as you eat. Do this by taking one capsule of IC#1 the first day
with a meal. Over the course of the next 24 hours note if your bowel movements
increase to 2 to 3. If not, increase the dose by one capsule at the same
meal during the second day. Keep doing this each day until you have seen
2 - 3 bowel movements for three or four consecutive days. When this has
happened, you continue to take IC#1 and add the use of IC#2 each day.
3. Absorb toxins and acid wastes that have been stuck in your system and move them out of the body. - Intestinal
Cleanse #2
1/2 hour after you take your iFlora
take one heaping teaspoon of Intestinal
Cleanse #2 powder mixed into 8 ounces of water. Follow this with another
glass of water. Taking IC#2 assumes you have already determined your dosage
of Intestinal Cleanse #1 and are using it once a day with a meal. If you
have an irritated bowel, then take IC#2 without taking any IC#1 each day.
If you eat breakfast each day, then eat it 1/2 hour after taking your
IC#2. If you don't usually eat until lunch time, then make a point to
take another dose of the IC#2 (with the 2 glasses of water) at least one
more time before lunch. It is very important to take IC#2 at least 5 times
a day on an empty stomach each time. This product is available in powder
form or capsule form. Eight capsules equal one heaping tablespoon of the
powder. The capsule form can be taken much more conveniently with 16 ounces
of water than the powder form, making it a lot more certain to be done 5
times each day. You can take IC#2 on an empty stomach 1/2 hour before
you eat any food. It is best taken with only water. It will still give
some benefit if taken with juice or a small amount of food.
4. Keep sufficient electrolytes and trace minerals in your body for proper function. - Celtic
Sea Salt
When drinking sufficient water each day, you also must ensure your electrolyte
and other mineral balances are not thrown off. To do this, consume 1 teaspoon
of Celtic Sea Salt each day. Regular sodium chloride does not work. It
needs to have all the naturally present mineral spectrum that Celtic Sea
Salt contains.

5. Boost your nutrition and energy with a natural whole food supplement containing plant-based proteins and important phytonutrients. - Vital

Once adequate hydration is embraced as part of the everyday routine (along
with the proper amount of mineralized Celtic
Sea Salt), the next order of importance is adequate nutrition. A way
to make sure there is plenty of protein and other nutrients being consumed
is to take an organic raw,whole food supplement that has 12 different

A far more successful

For a number of years these instructions made a valiant effort to persuade
people doing this Program to eat food consisting of raw fruits and vegetables,
soaked grains and nuts, nut butters and fresh squeezed juices - a raw
vegan diet. Per survey recently, less than 10 percent made such changes
in their diet while doing the program. Raw Vegan is way to big a jump
for the vast number of us to do inside of one month.
Improving your health under Dr. Fuhrman's nutrient-dense diet is not
about willpower; it is about effective knowledge. People overweight also
see the pounds drop off as their body becomes cleaner and their energy
level goes up. The six week plan in this book will help you lose your
appetite for unhealthy adulterated foods. This diet is a bridge from a
diet consisting of too much cooked and processed foods, too a substantially

for 3 to 6 consecutive weeks will definitely propel your state of health,

7. Clean, pure water - your body needs it!
This is the single most important factor for your digestive system function,
nutritional uptake, energy, healing, detoxing of the body and overall
health. Practically all of us are running around in a chronic state of
low grade dehydration - even if we are the rare ones who drink 3 - 6 glasses
of water most days.
Water in soups, food preps, bottled and canned beverages, coffee, green
teas and regular teas do not count as water for this purpose. The only
other liquids that can count as part of your daily hydration are the fresh
squeezed juices of fruits and vegetables (not bought in stores) and herb
tea preparations. But these amounts only count at 3/4 that of plain, purified
water. In other words, if you use herb teas and juices for hydration only,
you have to drink the same number of ounces as 3/4 of your body weight.
Your body treats juices and teas as food and this uses up much more energy
to utilize than just plain, purified water.
The other rule to ensure you are adequately hydrated each day is to
drink enough water so your urine is clear in color rather than yellow.
(However, if you are taking artificial B vitamins, which cause the urine to turn yellow as they are excreted, this can be hard to see. )
