Muscle & Joint Repair Oil 2x is soooo wonderful for any muscle, ligament, tissue repair. It's hot, but the heat wears off and it really promotes healing. I just love this. I've twice now ripped shoulder ligaments (once on roller blades, another time on ice skates -- you think I'd learn! Ha!) anyway, this product and one other helped the really pretty serious wound from roller blading heal nicely and now I'm nursing the other shoulder from the dumb ice skating fall (I tried something I never should have tried yet and went flying, belly flopped...almost fun! except for the shoulder boo-boo). Anyway, MJR Oil is a huge relief and help. The other thing I put on it alternately is Bone, Flesh & Cartilage concentrate. This last can be taken orally as well rubbed on. It's just miraculous, as soon as I put it on, my shoulder feels it, very, very soothing and healing.
